The role:
A global industrial manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support its local finance operations in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role will act as a key liaison between the company and its external accounting firm, ensuring smooth financial processes and compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the company’s external accounting firm to manage day-to-day financial operations.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
· Prepare financial statements and assist with monthly and annual closings.
· Manage invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
· Perform VAT calculations and ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws.
· Process payroll and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
· Support financial reporting and internal compliance initiatives.

· Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially with external stakeholders.
