An innovative technology company specializing in smart parking solutions. The company is transforming urban mobility through automation, digital platforms, and integrated parking technologies across the GCC region. 

The role:
We are hiring an Account Manager to be based in the UAE, responsible for managing client relationships and service delivery across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, technology, parking management, or hospitality, and will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term account success. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and grow client relationships across assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams. 
  • Monitor service performance and usage metrics, providing regular updates and insights to clients. 
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of parking solutions. 
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of additional services or features. 
Qualifications:
  • Background in operations, technology, parking management, or hospitality. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Candidates should be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
